How will Desi District Franchise Group provide advice to franchisees?

- (a) Advice, Consulting, and Support. If Franchisee requests, Desi District Franchise Group will provide advice to Franchisee (by telephone or electronic communication) regarding improving and developing Franchisee's business, and resolving operating problems Franchisee encounters, to the extent Desi District Franchise Group deems reasonable. If Desi District Franchise Group provides in-person support in response to Franchisee's request, Desi District Franchise Group may charge its then-current fee plus any out-of-pocket expenses (such as travel, lodging, and meals for employees providing onsite support).
- (b) Pricing. Upon request, Desi District Franchise Group will provide recommended prices for products and services offered by franchisees of the System.
- (c) Procedures. Desi District Franchise Group will provide Franchisee with Desi District Franchise Group's recommended administrative, bookkeeping, accounting, and inventory control procedures. Desi District Franchise Group may make any such procedures part of required (and not merely recommended) System Standards.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Desi District's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Desi District Franchise Group will provide advice to franchisees via telephone or electronic communication if the franchisee requests it. This advice will pertain to improving and developing the franchisee's business and resolving any operational problems encountered. Desi District will provide this support to the extent that it deems reasonable.
If a Desi District franchisee requests in-person support, Desi District Franchise Group may charge a fee for this service. This fee would be the then-current fee, in addition to any out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Desi District, such as travel, lodging, and meals for the employees providing the support.
In addition to advice and support, Desi District Franchise Group will also provide recommended prices for products and services upon request. They will also provide recommended administrative, bookkeeping, accounting, and inventory control procedures, which Desi District may later make mandatory as part of the System Standards.
