What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Desi District's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Desi District Franchise Group reserves the right to modify the initial training program's length and content. This adjustment can be based on the experience level and skills of the individuals attending the training.
This flexibility allows Desi District to tailor the training to the specific needs of each franchisee and their team members. For a new franchisee with extensive restaurant management experience, Desi District might shorten the training or adjust the content to focus on the brand's unique aspects. Conversely, a franchisee with less experience might receive a more comprehensive and extended training program.
It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that the initial training is a standard offering, but Desi District retains the discretion to modify it. Franchisees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, meal, and other out-of-pocket expenses during the training. This flexibility in training content and duration could be beneficial, ensuring that franchisees receive the most relevant and effective preparation for operating their Desi District franchise.
