According to the 2024 Desi District Franchise Disclosure Document, Desi District may require the Principal Executive and/or any other employees to complete post-opening training programs. These programs can be in any format and at any location determined by Desi District.
Desi District has the discretion to charge a reasonable fee for these training programs. Additionally, if the training program requires travel for the Principal Executive or any other employee, the franchisee is responsible for covering all associated travel, living, and other expenses.
This means that franchisees should be prepared for potential ongoing training costs and travel expenses for themselves and their employees throughout the term of the franchise agreement. It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in these potential costs when evaluating the financial feasibility of investing in a Desi District franchise.
