What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Desi District's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the names of all current franchisees, as of the end of the last fiscal year, along with the address and telephone number of each of their outlets, should be listed in Exhibit H. However, the exhibit included in this document states "None" under the current franchisees section. This indicates that as of the end of the last fiscal year, Desi District did not have any franchisees.
This is further supported by Table 1, Systemwide Outlet Summary, which shows that for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023, Desi District had zero franchised outlets. All outlets were company-owned during this period.
A prospective franchisee should confirm with Desi District whether this is still the case and, if the situation has changed, request an updated list of current franchisees and their contact information to gain insights and advice.
