What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Desi District Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'FAQ's' training module, which includes 3 hours of classroom instruction and no on-the-job training, can take place either in Frisco, TX, or at the franchisee's location. This flexibility allows new franchisees to choose the training location that best suits their needs and circumstances.
In addition to the 'FAQ's' training, Desi District offers various other training subjects, such as 'Getting Started with Desi District Culture, History, and Basic Setup,' 'Operations Basics,' 'Pricing,' 'Front of House Operations,' 'Back of House Operations,' and 'Client Satisfaction.' Each of these subjects includes a specified number of classroom and on-the-job training hours, also conducted in either Frisco, TX, or at the franchisee's location.
Desi District's training program is designed to equip franchisees with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully operate their franchise. The franchisor may provide training remotely, at a corporate location, or at the franchisee's location once the build-out is complete. Franchisees must also pass a test to evaluate their understanding of the training content, and failure to do so may result in termination of the franchise agreement.
