What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Desi District's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement can be terminated without an opportunity to cure if a franchisee misrepresents or omits material facts during the application process or breaches any representation made within the agreement itself. This means that any false or misleading information provided by the franchisee, whether intentional or unintentional, could lead to immediate termination.

Furthermore, the Desi District franchise agreement can be terminated without a cure period if the franchisee knowingly submits any false report or knowingly provides any other false information to Desi District. This provision underscores the importance of honesty and accuracy in all dealings with the franchisor. Franchisees must ensure that all reports and information submitted are truthful and complete to avoid potential termination.

These stipulations highlight the critical importance of transparency and accuracy when applying for a Desi District franchise and throughout the duration of the franchise agreement. Prospective franchisees should carefully review all information provided to the franchisor and ensure its accuracy to avoid the risk of immediate termination. This also extends to any reports or data submitted during the course of operating the franchise.
