Our name is Desi District Franchise Group, LLC. Our principal business address is 13389 Marmolada Drive, Frisco, TX 75035. We do not have any parent entities. We do not have any affiliates that offer franchises in any line of business. We do have an Affiliate that provides products to our Franchisees.

However, the document does state that Desi District does have an affiliate that provides products to its franchisees.
Several affiliates of Desi District operate locations of the franchised business. Desi District, LLC has operated a Café and Market model in Irving, Texas since 2016. Premier Meat Bazaar 423, Inc. has operated an eatery model in Little Elm since 2021. Desi Eats, LLC has operated an Eatery and Market model in McKinney since 2021. Desi District Plano, LLC, has operated an Eatery Model in Plano since 2022. Premier Eldorado, Inc. operates an Eatery and Market model in Frisco since 2022. Desi District Prosper, LLC operates an Eatery and Market model in Frisco/Prosper, TX since May 2024. Desi District Houston, LLC operates an eatery model in Houston, TX since April 2024.
TAR Distributors, LLC sells all of the food product and merchandise to Franchise and Company Owned locations.
