Answer from 2024 FDD Document

The instruction materials consist primarily of our Onboarding Checklist which contains links organized by section for all applicable written procedures, training videos and a shadowing/coaching checklist and approval process all required to successfully and fully complete the necessary training. Additional instructional material will be provided consisting of additional similar training (additional procedures, additional video training, additional checklists, etc.) for "higher-level" functions required of the franchisee and/or the individual acting as the owner/operator and/or manager of the franchisee.

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Desi District Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will receive additional instructional materials that build upon the initial onboarding checklist. These materials will consist of further procedures, video training, and checklists designed for 'higher-level' functions. These functions are typically required of the franchisee, the owner/operator, or the manager of the Desi District franchise.

This additional training material suggests that Desi District provides ongoing support and development for its franchisees beyond the initial setup. By offering resources for higher-level functions, Desi District aims to equip franchisees with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and operate their businesses effectively. This could be particularly beneficial for franchisees who are new to the restaurant industry or who are looking to expand their expertise.

Prospective franchisees should inquire about the specific topics covered in these additional training materials to understand the full scope of support provided by Desi District. Understanding the content and delivery method of these materials will help franchisees assess the value and relevance of the training program to their individual needs and business goals. It is also important to understand how frequently these materials are updated to reflect changes in business operations.
