What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to notify Dermani Medspa in writing within five calendar days of receiving notice of any action, suit, or proceeding that may adversely affect the business's operation or financial condition, or give rise to liability or a claim against the franchisee or Dermani Medspa.
This notification requirement includes health or safety violations, the commencement of any legal actions, the issuance of any court orders, or any accidents or injuries. However, the FDD does not explicitly state a requirement to submit copies of tax filings to Dermani Medspa within a specific timeframe.
While the FDD specifies a five-calendar-day notification period for certain events, it does not mention a specific timeframe for submitting tax filings. A prospective franchisee should clarify with Dermani Medspa the exact requirements and deadlines for submitting tax-related documents to ensure full compliance with the franchise agreement.
