What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees typically make payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). However, Dermani Medspa retains the right to require franchisees to make payments directly instead of through EFT.
Dermani Medspa can mandate direct payments with written notice to the franchisee. This change is at Dermani Medspa's sole discretion, meaning they do not need to provide a specific reason or justification for the change.
Additionally, Dermani Medspa can modify the frequency of payments, requiring them to be made more or less frequently than specified in Section 3.2 of the agreement, but not more often than once a week. Franchisees must comply with Dermani Medspa's payment instructions, which may change over time.
