What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dermani Medspa retains the right to modify certain fees for individual franchisees when it is deemed appropriate or necessary. This discretion allows Dermani Medspa to address specific situations that may warrant a change in the standard fee structure.

The FDD does not provide specific examples or criteria defining "appropriate or necessary" circumstances. This lack of clarity means that the reasons for modifying fees are subject to Dermani Medspa's judgment, potentially creating uncertainty for franchisees.

Prospective franchisees should seek clarification from Dermani Medspa regarding the specific conditions under which fees might be modified. Understanding these potential scenarios is crucial for franchisees to accurately forecast their financial obligations and assess the overall risk associated with the franchise. It is also important to note that all fees are uniformly applied to new system franchisees and are non-refundable.
