We will, at our own cost, send one of our representatives to the Franchised Business for up to two days to assist with the opening of the dermani MEDSPA®.
We will provide this opening assistance and training at our expense, but if you request additional days of on-site assistance you must reimburse our costs for the additional days, including our per diem fee for our representative and the additional out-of-pocket expenses our representative incurs. (Franchise Agreement, Section 4.1) If you are opening your second or later Franchised Business, we reserve the right to reduce the duration of our representative's visit or to not provide opening assistance.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dermani Medspa reserves the right to reduce the duration of their representative's visit or not provide opening assistance if a franchisee is opening their second or subsequent Dermani Medspa franchise location.
Typically, Dermani Medspa will send a representative to a new franchise location for up to two days to assist with the opening. This assistance is provided at Dermani Medspa's expense for the initial opening. However, if the franchisee requests additional days of on-site support, they are responsible for reimbursing Dermani Medspa's costs, including per diem fees and out-of-pocket expenses for the representative.
This policy could impact franchisees looking to expand their Dermani Medspa business. While experienced franchisees might require less initial support, the reduction or absence of opening assistance could place additional burdens on them. Franchisees should factor in these potential additional costs and responsibilities when planning to open multiple locations.
