What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dermani Medspa typically does not own the premises of a Dermani Medspa location and lease it to the franchisee. Instead, the franchisee is responsible for securing a location that meets Dermani Medspa's site selection criteria.

The franchisee has six months after signing the Franchise Agreement to find a suitable site and submit the required information for evaluation. Dermani Medspa may provide general site selection criteria to assist in this process. The franchised business and the Dermani Medspa must operate from the same approved site. Dermani Medspa's approval of a site does not guarantee the franchisee's success or profitability at that location; it only signifies that the site meets their minimum criteria.

The franchisee must execute a lease for the premises that is coterminous with the Franchise Agreement or have a binding agreement to purchase the site. Dermani Medspa reserves the right to review and approve the terms of the lease or purchase agreement and may require specific provisions to be included in the lease. The franchisee is also required to provide Dermani Medspa with a copy of the executed lease or purchase agreement and execute a collateral assignment of lease.
