According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company uses, promotes, and licenses certain trademarks, service marks, and other commercial symbols, including the mark "dermani MEDSPA®". The FDD also states that Dermani Medspa may create, use, and license other trademarks, service marks, and commercial symbols for dermani MEDSPA®s.

Dermani Medspa retains all rights with respect to Franchised Businesses and dermani MEDSPA®s, the System, and the Marks. This includes the right to operate, and to grant others the right to operate, Franchised Businesses and similar medical management businesses under different names or marks located anywhere within or outside the Development Area under any terms and conditions they deem appropriate. Dermani Medspa also has the right to establish and operate any other businesses offering different products and services from those at dermani MEDSPA®s through various channels of distribution under trademarks or service marks other than the Marks.
