You are required to pay our then-current social media/technology fee ("Social Media/Technology Fee").
The Social Media/Technology Fee may be for developing, researching, maintaining, implementing, modifying, and/or upgrading technology used in connection with the System as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, which may include, without limitation, membership applications or platforms, help desk fees for required software, user-based fees for an internal portal or benchmarking platform, website-related costs and expenses, social media templates, social media content, one email address per location and (additional email addresses can be purchased for an additional fee), membership applications or platforms, membership program related costs and expenses, and/or for any other technology-related expenses.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will receive one email address per location as part of the Social Media/Technology Fee. However, additional email addresses can be purchased for an additional fee.
The Social Media/Technology Fee covers various technology-related expenses, including website costs, social media templates, and content. The franchisor retains the discretion to develop, research, maintain, implement, modify, and/or upgrade technology used in connection with the Dermani Medspa system.
Item 6 outlines that the Social Media/Technology Fee is currently $300 per month. Dermani Medspa reserves the right to increase this fee by no more than 20% each year, with a maximum fee of $500 per month. Prospective franchisees should consider the potential costs of additional email addresses and factor them into their operating budget.
