Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Our approval of a location for the dermani MEDSPA® is not a warranty or guaranty, express or implied, that you will achieve any particular level of success at the location or that your Franchised Business or the dermani MEDSPA® will be profitable. Our acceptance of a location for the dermani MEDSPA® only signifies that the location meets our then-current minimum criteria for a dermani MEDSPA®. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor's approval of a location does not act as a warranty or guarantee of success or profitability for the franchisee. Dermani Medspa's approval only indicates that the site meets the franchisor's minimum criteria at the time of approval.

This means that while Dermani Medspa assesses the proposed location based on its guidelines, franchisees should not interpret this approval as a promise of financial success. The franchisee bears the ultimate responsibility for evaluating the location's potential and ensuring its suitability for their business goals.

Dermani Medspa emphasizes that if a franchisee fails to secure site approval and open within the specified timeframe, the Franchise Agreement may be terminated. This underscores the importance of franchisees diligently pursuing site selection and meeting the franchisor's requirements within the given deadlines.

Prospective Dermani Medspa franchisees should conduct their own thorough market research and due diligence to determine if the approved location is likely to be profitable. Factors such as local demographics, competition, and traffic patterns should be carefully considered in addition to the franchisor's minimum criteria.
