Is Dermani Medspa required to provide any assistance or services to me during the operation of the Dermani Medspa franchise beyond what is outlined in the Franchise Agreement or other agreements?

According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Agreement does not obligate Dermani Medspa to provide assistance or services beyond what is explicitly stated in the agreement itself or other related agreements. However, Dermani Medspa does commit to certain ongoing support activities during the operation of the franchise.

Dermani Medspa may conduct periodic inspections of the franchised business and the dermani MEDSPA location as they deem necessary. They may also provide refresher training programs if considered appropriate. Dermani Medspa will offer advice regarding the business's operation based on franchisee reports and observations, offering guidance on standards, operating procedures, advertising, marketing, employee training, recruiting, and administrative procedures.

Additionally, Dermani Medspa will administer the System Marketing Fund as detailed in the Franchise Agreement. They will also provide guidance through their Manual, bulletins, written materials, and electronic media. Franchisees should be aware that while Dermani Medspa commits to these support activities, they are not obligated to provide any other forms of assistance beyond these specified provisions.
