What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you sign an Area Development Agreement, you (or your Operating Principal if you are a business entity) and one full-time manager of your operations must attend the initial training program before opening your first Dermani Medspa. This training is a requirement outlined in Section 5.4 of the Area Development Agreement.

The initial training program is supervised by Stephanie Adams and Cullen Allen, both of whom have several years of experience in the medical spa industry. The training duration is approximately one week, and while there isn't a fixed schedule, it is available as needed, depending on personnel availability. Dermani Medspa will provide instructional materials, including components of the manuals, for use during the training program.

The FDD also mentions that the initial training program is subject to change without notice to reflect updates in materials, methods, manuals, and personnel changes. The topics covered and the time allocated for each subject may vary based on the experience of the individuals being trained. Dermani Medspa's training personnel may use other employees to assist with all aspects of training.
