This includes the type, quantity, timing, placement, and choice of media, market areas, and advertising agencies used.

Dermani Medspa may also incorporate new programs, products, or services into the System, potentially requiring franchisees to offer and sell them under different trademarks. This "co-branding" may necessitate modifications to the franchisee's premises and its furniture, fixtures, equipment, signs, and trade dress. Franchisees are obligated to implement these co-branding programs promptly after receiving written notice.
