During the term of this Agreement, upon proof that an individual is a valid and current member of another dermani Medspa location, you must allow any such member of another dermani Medspa location to receive services at your Medspa in accordance with our then-current reciprocity and payment rules, guidelines, and procedures we specify in the Manual or otherwise in writing.
