What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dermani Medspa FDD, the principal place of business for Dermani Medspa Franchising LLC is located at 9100 Conroy Windermere Road, Suite 200, Windermere, Florida 34786. The FDD specifies that Dermani Medspa does not maintain sales offices at any location other than this principal place of business. This is where the core business operations and executive functions of the franchising company are managed.
For a prospective franchisee, knowing the principal place of business is important for several reasons. It provides a physical location for official correspondence, legal notices, and potential visits, although direct visits may not always be necessary or possible. It also gives insight into where the Dermani Medspa's leadership and support teams are based, which can be helpful in understanding the company's operational structure and decision-making processes.
Additionally, the fact that Dermani Medspa Franchising LLC operates solely from this location indicates a centralized approach to its franchising activities. This may suggest a streamlined operation but could also mean that support and resources are primarily managed from a single point, which franchisees should consider in terms of accessibility and responsiveness. Franchisees can use this information to gauge the level of direct interaction they might have with the franchisor's main office and plan their communication and support strategies accordingly.
