What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dermani Medspa Franchise Disclosure Document, the Manager is required to seek and consider the advice, input, and requests of the Practice regarding Manager Personnel matters. The Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, supervising, monitoring, training, disciplining, and terminating Manager Personnel, as well as maintaining human resource records for both Manager Personnel and Practitioners.

This means that while the Manager has primary responsibility for personnel matters related to the Administrative Services staff, the Dermani Medspa practice has a right to provide input and have their concerns considered. However, the Practice retains full discretion over all decisions relating to Practitioners.

This arrangement ensures that the Manager operates with consideration of the Practice's needs and concerns regarding the personnel providing administrative support, while maintaining the Practice's autonomy over its medical staff. This balance is typical in franchise systems where a management company provides administrative services to a professional practice.
