What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dermani Medspa Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be charged a Non-compliance Fee if they fail to fully comply with the System Standards. This fee will not exceed $500 per violation.
The System Standards include mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules that Dermani Medspa prescribes for the management and operation of the Franchised Business and Medspa. These standards may regulate bookkeeping, accounting, data processing, recordkeeping systems, report formats, press releases, rates for products and services, and membership reciprocity policies.
The Non-compliance Fee is in addition to all other rights or remedies available to Dermani Medspa under the Franchise Agreement or applicable law. Dermani Medspa may periodically modify System Standards, which may require franchisees to invest additional capital or incur higher operating costs.
