- During the term of your Franchise Agreement we will loan you (or give you electronic access to) one copy of our Manual, which may include audio or video files or recordings, compact disks, computer software, other electronic media, information distributed electronically or via the Internet or our extranet (if one is developed) and/or written materials. We may modify the Manual periodically to reflect changes in System Standards and other guidance and requirements regarding the operation and management of a Franchised Business. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dermani Medspa retains the right to modify the Manual periodically. The Manual contains System Standards and other guidance and requirements regarding the operation and management of a franchised business. These modifications will reflect changes in System Standards.
This means that Dermani Medspa franchisees must stay updated on any changes to the Manual throughout the term of their Franchise Agreement. Dermani Medspa may implement new standards or requirements that franchisees must adhere to. The Manual may include audio or video files or recordings, compact disks, computer software, other electronic media, information distributed electronically or via the Internet or their extranet, and/or written materials.
It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that the Dermani Medspa franchise agreement allows for unilateral changes to the operating procedures and standards as outlined in the Manual. Franchisees should factor in the potential costs and operational adjustments needed to comply with these changes throughout their franchise term. The total number of pages in the Manuals is 282.
