- 11.05.
Entire Agreement; Amendment.
This Agreement, along with all agreements and Exhibits to this Agreement referred to herein, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements, either oral or written, between the Parties with respect thereto.
Any modification to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by the Parties.
The Parties agree that the Exhibits will be amended, revised or substituted from time to time, and that each new or amended Exhibit will state the date upon which all changes or amendments become effective.
