What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be charged a one-time Initial Licensing Fee. This fee is associated with computer software that Dermani Medspa may require for use in the franchised business, or that they are developing, utilizing, or enhancing for use in Dermani Medspa locations.
The FDD specifies that the Initial Licensing Fee will not exceed $2,500. While this is the maximum amount, the actual fee may be lower at the time the franchise agreement is signed. Currently, the Initial Licensing Fee is set at zero dollars.
Prospective franchisees should confirm the current Initial Licensing Fee with Dermani Medspa prior to signing the Franchise Agreement to understand the exact amount due. This fee is separate from other technology-related costs, such as the POS system and monthly software fees, which franchisees will also be responsible for.
