4. TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE

4.1. Initial Training for Franchised Business; Opening Assistance.

  • 4.1.1. We will conduct an initial training program for you or your Operating Principal, your manager, and up to two (2) additional employees, for a maximum of four (4) trainees, which will address the material aspects of managing and operating your Franchised Business. We will provide the initial training program at our headquarters or other location that we may specify.
