What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training fee covers the cost for up to four people to attend the same initial training program. This group must include the franchisee or their Operating Principal, and the manager.
While the initial training fee covers these individuals, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, meals, lodging, and payroll expenses associated with sending attendees to the training programs. This means that while the training itself is covered for up to four people, the franchisee will still incur significant costs related to their attendance.
If the franchisee wishes to send additional employees beyond the four initially covered, they will be subject to a per diem fee for each additional person. This provides flexibility for franchisees who want to train more staff early on, but it also adds to the overall cost of starting the franchise. Dermani Medspa also reserves the right to charge the franchisee for substitute personnel that attend the next training program if the franchisee, operating principal, or manager fails to complete the initial training to Dermani Medspa's satisfaction.
