What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Dermani Medspa Franchise Disclosure Document, the manager's role in the collection of accounts receivable is not explicitly detailed. However, the FDD does outline some of the manager's general duties.

According to the FDD, the manager is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and non-professional services to the practice. These duties include providing the personnel needed to operate and support the provision of administrative services. The manager is in charge of recruiting, hiring, supervising, monitoring, training, disciplining, and terminating manager personnel.

While the FDD does not specifically mention accounts receivable, it is reasonable to assume that the manager would be involved in overseeing the financial operations of the Dermani Medspa, which could include managing the collection of revenue. A prospective franchisee should seek clarification from Dermani Medspa regarding the manager's specific responsibilities related to accounts receivable and financial management.
