Who must the Manager procure and maintain professional liability insurance for at Dermani Medspa?

According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Manager is responsible for procuring and maintaining professional liability insurance. This insurance must be in the Practice's name and cover both the Practice itself and all Practitioners to the extent necessary or required.
