    1. We will provide an initial training program for up to a total of 4 people, which must include you or your Operating Principal and your manager on the operation of the Franchised Business and management of the dermani MEDSPA®. (Franchise Agreement, Section 4.1) Our training addresses the management of the Franchised Business, and not the delivery of medical or heath care services or products. Our training will not provide any advice, guidance or instruction to the PC or any Affiliated Physician regarding the specific skills they need to perform the medical services.
