We may periodically revise the contents of the Manuals, and you must make corresponding revisions to your copy of the Manuals and comply with each new or changed standard immediately upon receipt of the revision. If there is ever a dispute as to the contents of the Manuals, our master copy of the Manuals (maintained at our home office) will be controlling.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if there is a disagreement about the contents of the Dermani Medspa Manuals, the master copy of the manuals maintained at Dermani Medspa's home office will be considered the controlling version. This means that Dermani Medspa's official version of the manuals will be the definitive source for resolving any disputes.
For a prospective franchisee, this clause emphasizes the importance of adhering to the most up-to-date version of the manuals provided by Dermani Medspa. Franchisees must ensure they promptly update their copies of the manuals with any revisions issued by the franchisor. Failure to comply with the master copy could result in operational inconsistencies and potential breaches of the franchise agreement.
This type of clause is relatively standard in franchise agreements, as it protects the franchisor's brand standards and operational consistency across all franchise locations. It is crucial for franchisees to maintain open communication with Dermani Medspa to address any questions or concerns regarding the manuals and to ensure they are always following the correct procedures.
