What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all advertising and marketing materials must comply with the brand's then-current standards. Before a franchisee can use any advertising or marketing materials, Dermani Medspa must approve them. This requirement ensures that all marketing efforts align with the brand's established image and standards.

This approval process extends to online advertising. Franchisees cannot advertise or use Dermani Medspa's trademarks on the internet, the World Wide Web, social media, or through other telecommunication advertising methods without express written consent, with some exceptions noted in the FDD.

This requirement allows Dermani Medspa to maintain control over its brand image and marketing strategies, ensuring consistency and quality across all franchise locations. While this may limit a franchisee's creative freedom, it also provides the benefit of leveraging the franchisor's expertise and established brand recognition. Franchisees should factor in the time required for approval when planning marketing campaigns.
