- "Franchised Business" the business that will manage the Medspa which includes all of the assets of the Franchised Business you operate under this Agreement, including its revenue and any lease for the Premises.
WHEREAS, dermani MEDSPA® Franchising LLC ( "Franchisor") has developed a distinctive set of specifications and operating procedures (collectively, the "System") for the operation of "dermani MEDSPA®" centers ( "Medpsas" or "Franchised Businesses").
In addition, there may be certain, limited circumstances where applicable law allows for the disclosure of certain trade secrets, as specified in the Manuals.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dermani Medspa FDD, the Franchised Business is identified as the business that will manage the Medspa, including all of its assets, revenue, and any lease for the premises.
The FDD also defines "Franchised Businesses" as "dermani MEDSPA®" centers. The franchisee will operate Franchised Businesses pursuant to individual Franchise Agreements.
