What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Training Fee, which covers the cost for up to four people to attend the same initial training program, must be paid within 14 days of attending the initial training program. If additional individuals attend the training, Dermani Medspa franchisees must pay a per diem fee for each of them.
The franchisee, or their Operating Principal, and their manager are required to attend and successfully complete the initial training program at least 14 days before commencing operations. The training program covers the operation of the Franchised Business and the management of a Dermani Medspa. If the franchisee, Operating Principal, or manager fails to complete the initial training satisfactorily, they may repeat the course or send a substitute to the next available training program, and Dermani Medspa reserves the right to charge for substitute personnel attending the next training program.
Dermani Medspa may terminate the Franchise Agreement if it determines that the franchisee, their Operating Principal, or their manager cannot complete the initial training to their satisfaction. Satisfactory completion of training includes attending all training classes, passing all interim and final tests and exams, and demonstrating a capability and willingness to comply with System Standards. The franchisee is responsible for all travel, meals, lodging, and payroll expenses for attendees at the training programs.
