As a Dermani Medspa franchisee, can I make any agreements in the name or on behalf of the franchisor?

According to the 2025 Dermani Medspa Franchise Disclosure Document, as a franchisee, you are explicitly prohibited from making any agreements, warranties, guarantees, or representations, or incurring any debt in the name or on behalf of Dermani Medspa. Additionally, you cannot represent that your relationship with Dermani Medspa is anything other than that of a franchisor and franchisee. Dermani Medspa will not be obligated for any damages to any person or property directly or indirectly arising out of the Development Schedule or the business you conduct under the Franchise Agreement.
