What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dermani Medspa FDD, the Franchised Business and the Dermani Medspa must be located at the same site. The FDD states that after signing the Franchise Agreement, franchisees have six months to locate a site for the Dermani Medspa and submit the required information for evaluation.

The franchisor may provide general site selection criteria to assist in this process. The franchisor retains the right to approve or disapprove the proposed site within 30 days of receiving the necessary information. Franchisees cannot use a site unless it receives written approval from Dermani Medspa.

The franchisor's approval does not guarantee success or profitability at the location; it only signifies that the location meets the minimum criteria for a Dermani Medspa. Failure to obtain approval and open within the specified time period may result in termination of the Franchise Agreement.
