What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dermani Medspa Franchise Disclosure Document, prior to the opening of the Medspa, Dermani Medspa will send a representative to the franchise location for up to two days to assist with pre-opening and opening activities. Dermani Medspa covers the cost of this initial assistance.
However, if the franchisee requests additional or specialized guidance, assistance, or training during the opening phase, the franchisee is responsible for paying Dermani Medspa's applicable charges, including per diem charges, travel, and living expenses for the representative.
It's important to note that if the franchise agreement is for a second or subsequent Dermani Medspa location for the same franchisee, Dermani Medspa reserves the right to reduce the duration of the representative's visit or not provide opening assistance at all. This implies that Dermani Medspa expects franchisees to become more self-sufficient after their initial location is established.
