As discussed in Item 5, you must pay us a Development Fee equal to the Initial Franchise Fee for the first Franchised Business plus $35,000 for each additional Franchised Business that is scheduled to be established under the Area Development Agreement. According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Development Fee for an Area Development Agreement is $90,000. This fee is paid as a lump sum upon signing the Development Agreement and is payable to Dermani Medspa. This fee allows the franchisee the right to open and operate a total of 2 Franchised Businesses.
The Development Fee is equal to the Initial Franchise Fee for the first Franchised Business plus $35,000 for each additional Franchised Business that is scheduled to be established under the Area Development Agreement.
