Does a Dermani Medspa developer have any guaranteed right to renew or extend the Development Agreement?

According to the 2025 Dermani Medspa Franchise Disclosure Document, the Area Development Agreement does not offer any guaranteed renewal or extension rights to the developer. The agreement's term concludes either when the last required Dermani Medspa location outlined in the Development Schedule opens or on the final date specified in the Development Schedule, whichever occurs first.

Specifically, Dermani Medspa states that there is no automatic renewal or subsequent term upon the agreement's expiration.
