Dermani_Medspa Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
ng Principal or your manager cannot complete initial training to our satisfaction, we may terminate the Franchise Agreement. Among the current criteria for satisfactory completion of training are attendance at all training classes, passing all interim and final tests and exams, and demonstrating a capability and willingness to comply with System Standards. You are solely responsible for all travel, meals, lodging and payroll expenses associated with sending attendees to our training programs.
We will not provide any training to the PC or Affiliated Physicians, including estheticians or laser practitioners, on the specific skills they need to perform the medical services. It is your and the PC's full responsibility to ensure that the individuals performing any medical services are properly trained and have all required licenses and certifications.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dermani Medspa's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, satisfactory completion of the initial training program is crucial for franchisees and their managers. The FDD outlines several criteria that must be met to successfully complete the training. These include attending all training classes, passing all interim and final tests and exams, and demonstrating a capability and willingness to comply with Dermani Medspa's System Standards.
These criteria ensure that franchisees and their managers are well-prepared to operate a Dermani Medspa location according to the franchisor's standards. Meeting these requirements is not just a formality; failure to do so can have significant consequences. Dermani Medspa reserves the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement if they determine that the franchisee, Operating Principal, or manager cannot complete the initial training to their satisfaction.
Furthermore, Dermani Medspa emphasizes the importance of ongoing compliance with their standards and procedures. If, at any point during the term of the Franchise Agreement, it is determined that a person is no longer complying with these standards, Dermani Medspa may require that person to satisfactorily complete additional training or a re-training program. This highlights the ongoing commitment to maintaining quality and consistency across all Dermani Medspa locations.
Prospective franchisees should be aware that Dermani Medspa also requires all management and other personnel to complete any state and local government-required training and meet all required licensing and certification requirements. This ensures that all staff members are not only trained in Dermani Medspa's specific systems but also compliant with all applicable regulations.
