While Dermani Medspa retains the right to modify these standards, the franchisee is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the business, including implementing and maintaining these standards. The franchisee also agrees to indemnify and hold Dermani Medspa harmless from any losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from claims by customers or other third parties related to the operation of the Dermani Medspa franchise.
