Our initial training program will take a period of time that is approximately one week. We do not currently have a set training schedule, but our initial training described above will be made available on an as-needed basis subject to the availability of our personnel. Instructional materials, including components of the Manuals, will be provided to you and used as necessary as you proceed through the initial training program. The initial training program is subject to change without notice to reflect updates in the materials, methods and Manuals, as well changes in personnel. The subjects taught and the time periods allocated for each subject may vary based on the experience of the people being trained. Our training personnel may utilize other employees to assist them with all aspects of training.

The initial training program is subject to change without notice. These changes may reflect updates in the training materials, methods, and manuals, as well as changes in personnel. The specific subjects taught and the time allocated for each subject can vary based on the experience level of the individuals being trained. Dermani Medspa's training personnel may also use other employees to assist with all aspects of the training.
The franchisee, or their Operating Principal, and the manager must complete the initial training program to Dermani Medspa's satisfaction. Failure to do so may require repeating the course or sending a substitute, potentially at the franchisee's expense. Dermani Medspa retains the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement if they determine that the franchisee, Operating Principal, or manager cannot complete the initial training satisfactorily. Satisfactory completion includes attending all training classes, passing all tests and exams, and demonstrating a willingness to comply with System Standards. Franchisees are responsible for all travel, meals, lodging, and payroll expenses associated with attending the training programs.
