What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Delta Hotels By Marriott's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all leads for group or catering business within the parameters of the Multi-Hotel Sales (MHS) Shared Service Program must be directed to the appropriate Program sales channel. This ensures that all potential business opportunities are properly managed and tracked within the Delta Hotels By Marriott system.

The Delta Hotels By Marriott franchisee must make all hotel group and catering inventory available to applicable Program sales channels, including the Regional Multi Hotel Sales Team, Centralized Multi Hotel Sales Team, or Multi Hotel Sales Local Catering Team. Additionally, the franchisee needs to maintain function space availability in the standard Marriott sales system based on hotel type, utilizing either the Function Space Inventory (FSI) feature of Sales Force Automation (SFAWeb) for Marriott Select Brand hotels or Consolidated Inventory/Total Yield (CI/TY) for Full Service hotels.

Delta Hotels By Marriott requires franchisees to support effective event management and use the Program group and catering turnover process and billing. By adhering to these guidelines, Delta Hotels By Marriott aims to optimize sales efforts and ensure consistent service delivery across its franchise network. Furthermore, all sales agreements must include a clause clarifying that the agreement is solely between the hotel and the organization, and that Marriott International, Inc. is not a party to the agreement.
