According to the 2025 Delta Hotels By Marriott Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is required to submit photos showing the progress of construction to Delta Hotels By Marriott upon request. Delta Hotels By Marriott representatives may also visit the job site at any time to observe the work, and the franchisee, its contractors, and subcontractors must cooperate fully with these site visits.
