Attached as Exhibit M is a list of all franchisees of franchised Delta Hotels in operation as of December 31, 2024, and all franchisees of unopened franchised Delta Hotels with signed franchise agreements as of December 31, 2024, and the address and telephone number of their outlets.
Attached as Exhibit N is a list of all franchisees of Delta Hotels that had an outlet terminated, canceled, not renewed, or otherwise voluntarily or involuntarily ceased to do business under the franchise agreement during the most recently completed fiscal year or that have not communicated with us within 10 weeks of the issuance date of this document. The list includes franchisees whose franchise was terminated in connection with a transfer of a controlling interest in the hotel as included on Table 2 of this Item 20, even if the hotel or the franchisee remained in the system. If you buy this franchise, your contact information may be disclosed to other buyers when you leave the Delta Hotels franchise system.
In some instances, current and former franchisees sign provisions restricting their ability to speak openly about their experience with the Delta Hotels system. You may wish to speak with current and former franchisees, but be aware that not all such franchisees will be able to communicate with you.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Delta Hotels By Marriott's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, contact information for current franchisees can be found in Exhibit M. This exhibit includes a list of all franchisees of franchised Delta Hotels By Marriott in operation as of December 31, 2024, as well as franchisees of unopened franchised locations with signed agreements as of the same date. The exhibit provides the address and telephone number of their respective outlets.
Delta Hotels By Marriott also provides information on former franchisees in Exhibit N. This list includes franchisees whose outlets were terminated, canceled, not renewed, or otherwise ceased business under the franchise agreement during the most recent fiscal year, or those who have not communicated with Delta Hotels By Marriott within 10 weeks of the issuance date of the FDD. The list extends to franchisees whose franchise was terminated due to a transfer of controlling interest in the hotel, even if the hotel or franchisee remained in the system.
