What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Delta Hotels By Marriott's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the fee for an extended-stay lead that results in a booking at your hotel is $2.30 per room night booked. This fee is part of the National Group Sales program.

This fee applies to business opportunities for groups of 10 or more rooms, covering both single-night and extended-stay bookings. It's important to note that accepting the lead is voluntary, meaning you only incur the fee if you choose to accept the lead and the business materializes into a booking at your Delta Hotels By Marriott location.

Delta Hotels By Marriott may refund or adjust these fees for certain cancellations or modifications within designated periods, aligning with their current policies. This provides some flexibility and potential cost mitigation for franchisees.

In addition to the extended-stay lead fee, Delta Hotels By Marriott also charges other fees related to group bookings, such as a $2.30 per room night booked for group leads and $1.00 per group room night booked for reservations made through a group intermediary. Franchisees should consider these costs when evaluating the potential profitability of group bookings.
