If Delta Hotels By Marriott does not authorize the site you have selected, they will not approve your application.

Delta Hotels By Marriott generally does not participate in your selection of a site for your hotel or assist you in the negotiation of a purchase or lease agreement with respect to the site. However, they do provide certain pre-opening assistance.
