What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Del Taco Franchise Disclosure Document, the prospective franchisee must sign the receipt on behalf of themselves, as well as any corporation, limited liability company, or other business entity that has or proposes to have an interest in the franchise or any proposed franchised location. The receipt also requires the prospective franchisee to print their name. A Del Taco sales person must also print and sign their name on the receipt.
