- 11.6 Notices. All notices and other communications under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed effective when delivered by hand or by facsimile transmission (with receipt acknowledged by the receiving party) or upon receipt when sent by a nationally reputable courier or mailed by registered or certified mail (return receipt requested), postage prepaid, to a party at the address set forth in the preamble to this Agreement (or at such other address for a party as shall be specified in writing by the party from time to time).
All notices sent to Del Taco shall be marked "Attention: Legal Department." Any notice sent by facsimile transmission shall be sent to Del Taco at (949) 616 - 5002 or to Franchisee at the number specified in the appendices.
